    This week, for the third time since August of last year, the court extended Messrs. Khodorkovsky and Lebedev's pre-trial arrest custody by three months, set to expire on May 17, 2010.

    Mr. Pavel Maliy continued to give testimony and Ms. Elena Timoshenko also took to the stand. As Mr. Khodorkovsky noted, the prosecution continued to focus on everything but crude oil, which only gave more weight to suspicions that they are using the courtroom as an interrogation room to collect evidence for another case.

    Mr. Golubovich continued to give testimony this week. Mr. Lebedev also filed a motion asking the court to exclude seven interrogation transcripts citing violations of the Criminal Procedure Code.
