Moscow's Basmanny District Court has deferred its consideration of a repeat application from the Investigative Committee of the Prosecutor General's Office for an arrest warrant to be issued for the former YUKOS accountant Andrei Leonovich until March 19.

The reason given for the deferral was that the court considered it necessary to let the accused know there would be such a hearing. The decision was made at the insistence of his defense attorney Alexei Dudnik. Dudnik said: "My client will be sent the necessary telegram."
