The Moscow City court will hear an appeal by the  Matrosskaya Tishina detention facility administration against a Preobrazhensky court ruling that allowed Platon Lebedev’s lawyers to use laptops their meetings with him.

The Preobrazhensky Court ruled, on November 30, 2009, that the actions of Fikret Tagiev, the head of the detention facility, who banned Platon Lebedev’s lawyers from using laptops when meeting their client, were illegal. The court ruled to eliminate the violations.
