Medvedev’s Problems Would be Solved is Khodorkovsky was Acquitted

In a Special Opinion program for Ekho Moskvy, Stanislav Belkovsky, a Russian political analyst and the head of the National Strategy Institute in Russia, comments: "President [Dmitry] Medvedev would solve many of his problems if Mikhail Khodorkovsky and Platon Lebedev were acquitted in the second trial against them."

Interestingly, in 2003 Belkovsky wrote a report, entitled ‘The State and the Oligarchy,' which formed the starting point of the first case against YUKOS.
