The Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow has completed the investigation in the case versus Mikhail Khodorkovsky and Platon Lebedev.

Yesterday the judge gave some time to the parties in the trial to prepare for court deliberations that are due on October 14.

At the current stage of the trial the lawyers and the prosecutors will analyze the evidence and will sum up the investigation results. The prosecutors will be the first to put forward their arguments.
