On March 31st, Mikhail Khodorkovsky addressed Federal Judge V.N. Danilkin and the Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow.
In his statement, Khodorkovsky discusses the charges placed against him and appealed to the court to apply the rule of law in his trial.
