Joint Khodorkovsky/Lebedev Defense Team Statement

On April 28th, the Khodorkovsky and Lebedev defense teams made a statement on the position of the court on the prosecution's indictment and vow to continue to fight the prosecution's "shameful and outrageous farce".
They find the court's position on the prosecution's handling of the trial to be "most astonishing and disturbing" and that for the prosecution, the trial is "nothing more than an unpleasant yet unavoidable formality - as they had already long ago found Mikhail Khodorkovsky and Platon Lebedev guilty of everything they could think of."
