Court Turns Down Lebedev Petition

Judge Danilkin turned down Platon Lebedev's petition for an expert analysis of the figures included in the prosecution evidence, concerning the volume of misappropriated oil.
Lebedev's attorney Yelena Liptser commented that this decision did not exclude the possibility that her client would repeat this petition when the defence begins presenting its evidence.
