Court Examines the Request of Yukos Capital S.a.r.l.

The Amsterdam appellation court has examined the appeal lodged by Luxembourg based YUKOS Capital S.a.r.l. against the refusal of the Amsterdam Court of first instance to recover $450 million from Rosneft.
Yukos Capital submitted its appeal after the court of first instance in Amsterdam declined to fine Rosneft a sum of about $447 million.
