Aleksanyan Case Postponed for 6th Time

The Simonovsky Court in Moscow has rescheduled the hearing on Vasily Aleksanyan, former vice-president of YUKOS, to March 24, due to the prosecutor's absence.
This is the sixth time that the hearing has been rescheduled.
The prosecutors insist that Aleksanyan, currently on bail, can attend the trial, despite the fact that his defense team have supplied numerous medical evidence showing that he is unable to do so.
