Returning from the Khamovnichesky Courthouse, Miriam Elder writes about the absurdity surrounding the second trial of Mikhail Khodorkovsky and Platon Lebedev.
"What are we to do with these questions?" asks Judge Danilkin as the Prosecution puts a series of increasingly bizarre questions to Mikhail Rudoy, formerly in charge of exports at YUKOS. Looking on is Khodorkovsky's ‘fan club', a group of elderly ladies who express concern about how much weight Khodorkvsky has lost over the holiday.
