Weekly Report of Trial Proceedings: August 23 - August 27, 2010
This week saw the start of Platon Lebedev's testimony. He started by presenting the court with detailed descriptions of how GML, YUKOS and its subsidiaries interacted. Also called to the stand this week by the defense was Mr. Tagirzyan Gilmanov, former Executive Director of key YUKOS asset Yuganskneftegaz.

Mr. Lebedev continued to give his testimony today, discussing crude oil trading and price formation at YUKOS from 1997 to 1999.

Today, Mr. Tagirzyan Gilmanov, former Executive Director of Yuganskneftegaz, was called to the witness stand. In his testimony, he confirmed to the court that there couldn't have been an embezzlement of 350 million tons of crude oil

Platon Lebedev continued to present to the court as Judge Danilkin accepted the defense team's appeal of his decision to extend Khodorkovsky and Lebedev's detention.
