Anton Drel
Anton Drel has served as Mr. Khodorkovsky's lawyer and representative since 2000. Drel was the first Russian lawyer to meet Mr. Khodorkovsky in jail after his arrest in October 2003.
In 1992, Anton Drel graduated from the Moscow State University Law Department and was accepted into the Moscow City Bar Association.
Drel began work as a lawyer at the law offices of Moscow Lawyers, followed by the offices of Heifetz, Binetzky, Heifetz until 1996. From 1996-2000, Drel worked at the law firm ALM-Feldmans.
