Albert Mkrtychev
Albert Mkrtychev graduated magna cum laude from law department of Tver State University in 1991. From 1991 until 1996 he served as a judge at the Tver district court.
From 1997 until 2002 he was head of the litigation and arbitrary division of the YUKOS Oil Company legal department.
Since 2002, Mr. Mkrtychev has been a member of the Moscow Bar Association and the law firm of Lex International.
