In this video Vadim Klyuvgant calls Khodorkovsky's final words in his trial "a word of truth" but laments that it is highly unlikely that he and Lebedev will be acquitted. When asked if any of the charges were legitimate, Klyuvgant responds "it was a fake from the beginning until the end, from the first to the last word."
